OUTCOME DOMAINS

Start with what you want to observe.

An Outcome Domain gives a broad wellness goal a more specific starting point. Choose the area you want to pay attention to, then decide what an ordinary day would let you observe.

THE EIGHT DOMAINS

Eight starting points for a better question.

OUTCOME DOMAIN

Calm & Focus

“How easily did I settle into a task and stay with it?”

What to notice and record

Useful context: Sleep, interruptions, caffeine and the demands of the task.

Composure and sustained attention are the focus here; recalling and organizing information belongs more directly to Mind & Memory.

Mood & Energy

“How did my motivation and energy change through the day?”

What to notice and record

Useful context: Time of day, sleep, activity, meals and social context.

Notice both the level and the timing. A brief lift and a steadier afternoon are different observations.

Mobility & Function

“How comfortable and manageable were my usual activities?”

What to notice and record

Useful context: The activity itself, its duration, recent exertion and recovery.

Use a familiar activity as a reference so you can describe the experience in practical terms.

Digestive Support

“What did I notice around meals, including times I felt comfortable?”

What to notice and record

Useful context: Meal timing, food and fluids, symptoms, bowel observations and daily circumstances.

A symptom-free period is also useful context. A recurring observation does not identify an intolerance or diagnosis.

Metabolic Wellness

“How did appetite and everyday energy fit around my meals and activity?”

What to notice and record

Useful context: Meal timing, activity, sleep and the length of gaps between meals.

Personal observations do not measure blood glucose, hormone levels or metabolic health; those require appropriate clinical assessment.

Mind & Memory

“How easy was it to recall information and keep track of what I was doing?”

What to notice and record

Useful context: Task complexity, distractions, fatigue and time of day.

Choose an ordinary task you can describe. This gives you a more useful reference than a general judgment about cognition.

Rest & Restore

“How settled was the night, and how ready did I feel the next day?”

What to notice and record

Useful context: Bedtime, waking, interruptions, evening routines and the following day’s demands.

Keep the night and the next day together; time in bed and feeling restored are different details.

Intimacy & Vitality

“How did I experience connection, comfort and personal readiness?”

What to notice and record

Useful context: Energy, stress, relationship context and the circumstances you choose to record.

This is a personal wellness context. Record only the details you are comfortable retaining.

PUT A DOMAIN TO WORK

Choose a question you can return to.

  1. 01

    Make it personal and observable

“Stay with my afternoon work” gives you more to record than a general wish to feel better.

  2. 02

    Keep the context beside it

Keep the product, routine and circumstances that help you describe the day.

  3. 03

    Review more than one moment

Notice repetition and variation. A pattern can suggest another question without proving its cause.

Domains describe wellness interests, not diagnoses, treatment categories or guaranteed product effects. Universal Booster is a separate complementary product, not a ninth domain.
